Samantha has always been passionate about being active, fit and healthy so Exercise Physiology was a natural career choice. Sam graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Science (Exercise Physiology) and is also an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) and Exercise Scientist.

Sam is an exercise expert and can assist and support you with all your fitness, exercise and weight loss goals. From losing 50 kgs to just those last 2 or 3, Sam working in conjunction with a qualified Nutritionist can create an individualised program to ensure you reach and sustain your target weight. Sam is also an expert in strength and conditioning for athletes from amateur to the elite level, particularly dancers, gymnasts and crossfit athletes. She can tailor a program to improve performance, rehabilitate existing injury and prevent future injury.

Sam’s other interests include working with the elderly population (mainly because she is an old soul at heart, and loves the music of that era), and supporting those battling cancer to stay fit and active. She is also an expert in exercise rehabilitation for chronic conditions/diseases such as diabetes, cardiopulmonary disease, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and obesity.

In her spare time Sam loves trying new sports and has experimented with acrobatics, water skiing, dancing, cheerleading and most team sports including netball and football. Currently Sam is exploring the world of trapeze!

Sam runs the Enhance Hydrotherapy and Chronic Disease Management programs.
