Bel Copeland
Owner + Physiotherapist
Bel is the owner of Enhance Physiotherapy.
Bel has over 15 years of hands on experience. There isn’t much from a pain or injury perspective that Bel hasn’t seen, diagnosed and fixed!!
Bel has extensive experience working with both elite and amateur athletes, as well as coaching staff and support teams in the sporting arena. This has led to a deep understanding of the performance needs of athletes at all levels of participation.
Bel has empathy and her determination to help people achieve their goals means the care that is given is second to none and she will always go the extra mile. An active listener and avid seeker of truth, means she will ensure you receive the best in patient care.
Bel’s areas of interest outside sports injuries, are:

Jordan Podesta
Senior Physiotherapist
Jordan joined the Enhance Physiotherapy team after completing his Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Notre Dame in 2020, bringing with him a special interest in rehabilitating and managing musculoskeletal injuries as well as post orthopaedic care. These interests stem from his expansive background in working with athletes over the years, specifically at the East Fremantle Football Club (WAAFL) and the Gwelup Croatia Soccer Club (NPL), where he has directed injury prevention programs, rehabilitation protocols, and return to sport load management strategies for each club. Most recently Jordan has been working as the head Physiotherapist for Bullcreek Leeming football club. Jordan is driven to provide optimal best patient care to his clients and strives to help his clients achieve their specific goals.
Passionate about all sports, Jordan has previously represented Western Australia in multiple interstate baseball, rugby and softball tournaments.
When Jordan isn’t in clinic treating, he can be found running his way around the Swan River, training at the gym, or seeking out the best local coffee shops in Perth!

Oliver Welch
Physiotherapist
Oliver joined the Enhance Physiotherapy team after completing his Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Notre Dame, bringing with him a special interest in rehabilitating and managing musculoskeletal injuries. Oliver has extensive knowledge on sports injuries and bringing people back to their full potential having been involved in sports clubs for many years. But Oliver’s knowledge doesn’t stop there with a passion to always get everyone back to 100% Oliver’s charming personality will put you at ease whether you are 5 or 50 years old.
Since being forced into an early retirement from rugby due to bilateral ACL ruptures and a shoulder reconstruction, he continued his love of sport working closely with athletes over the years. Specifically at the Western Force (Super Rugby), Associate’s Rugby Union FC (FMG Premier Grade), Australian Master Games, East Fremantle Football Club (WAFL) and Gwelup Croatia Soccer Club (NPL), where he has directed injury prevention programs, rehabilitation protocols, and return to sport load management strategies for each club. Due to Oliver’s drive and excellence he will be taking over as the head Physiotherapist for Associates Rugby Union FC in 2023.
When Oliver isn’t in the clinic treating, you will find him swimming along Cottesloe beach dodging sharks, training at the gym, or on the road exploring WAs beautiful coast line and finest pubs. If you see Oliver at the pub he will shout you a pint!

Harriet Mann
Physiotherapist
Harriet is a recently graduated physiotherapist from the University of Notre Dame with practical experience across musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiorespiratory, and paediatric rehabilitation. She has a strong passion for sports injury management and prevention, built through her work as a sports trainer at Trinity Aquinas Amateur Football Club and her own sporting background. Harriet also has experience supporting children with disabilities through volunteering with Paediatric Frame Running, helping them build independence, confidence, and a love for movement. She enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities to recover from injury, achieve their goals, and return to the activities they love.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find her training and competing as a surf boat rower, where she has represented Western Australia at state and national championships. She also patrols with North Cottesloe Surf Life Saving Club, keeping the beach safe and sharing her love of the ocean. Active, approachable, and community-minded, Harriet brings the same energy, teamwork, and determination from her rowing career into her physiotherapy practice.
Sue Ryan
Remedial Massage Therapist
Previously a nurse, Sue joined the Enhance Physiotherapy team after pursuing a career as a remedial massage therapist. Having always been fascinated by the human body and its biomechanics, Sue finds inspiration in seeing the difference remedial massage can make to a person’s life. She enjoys seeing the change in a person’s comfort and mobility that comes with the release of tight and restricted tissues. She is motivated to change society’s thinking of remedial massage and strives to promote remedial massage as a complementary therapy and important treatment option for ongoing management of muscular restriction and dysfunction.
Sue has completed further training in pregnancy massage and has special interests in treating headaches and neck pain.

Meghan Gannon
Massage Therapist + Pilates Instructor
Meghan is a Myotherapist and Pilates Instructor with a strong focus on musculoskeletal rehabilitation and movement health. Over the past few years, she has worked in private practice, helping clients recover from injury, manage pain, and improve overall function through tailored treatment plans.
Combining hands-on massage therapy with targeted Pilates techniques, Meghan supports clients in restoring movement, building strength, and preventing future injuries.
Meghan also brings valuable experience from working with athletes, including the Irish Men’s and Women’s CP Soccer Teams, supporting their recovery and performance goals.
Outside the clinic and studio, she enjoys exploring the Perth region and keeping active through running and the outdoors.
Morgan Beard
Exercise Scientist + Personal Trainer
Morgan has been passionately dedicated to the Health and Fitness industry for 20 years now, bringing a vast depth of knowledge and experience to the team.
A fully qualified Training and Assessor with experience in lecturing for Cert 3 / Cert 4 Personal Training students, he finds this rewarding to share his skills that he’s learnt along the way and reinvest to the next generation of trainers.
Specialising in Strength and Conditioning Morgan has competed at a State and National level in the sports of Powerlifting / Olympic Weightlifting which has given him great insight to improving performance and achieving results. Morgan managed to hold the Capo 2011 Open National Record for the Deadlift under 67/5kg Bw.
Morgan is also highly experienced at instructing Boxing for fitness purposes and achieved a Level 1 qualification as a CrossFit Coach. Having worked with all backgrounds of clients from first time gym goers to Olympic athletes he loves seeing people progress and hit their goals.

Emma Olivier
Pilates Instructor
Emma is a former professional ballet dancer who developed a strong interest in Pilates through her own experience with strength training, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. After returning to Perth, she completed her Pilates instructor qualifications and began working with clients to support movement, recovery, and performance.
Emma is currently studying a Bachelor of Science and Chiropractic at Murdoch University and works as a sports trainer for a local football club. She is passionate about injury rehabilitation and uses the classical Pilates method to help clients build strength, improve movement, and reach their individual fitness goals.
Allissa Hansen
Exercise Physiologists
Allissa is originally from New Zealand and completed a Master of Exercise Physiology at Murdoch University. She brings a strong foundation of clinical knowledge alongside a warm, empathetic approach to patient care.
Her passion for movement and wellbeing was shaped by a scoliosis diagnosis at age 12, where exercise became essential to managing chronic back pain. This lived experience continues to guide her compassionate, patient-centred approach, with a focus on improving function, confidence, and overall quality of life.
Allissa has a strong interest in boxing and Muay Thai and is qualified to coach both disciplines, bringing a dynamic and performance-focused perspective to rehabilitation and training.
Allissa’s philosophy as a practitioner is simple: to help people live healthier, happier lives. While she may not be able to add years to your life, she is deeply committed to adding life to your years.
Steve Taylor

Hi, I’m Steve, and I’m a physiotherapist from Wales! I completed my physiotherapy degree at Cardiff University and have four years of experience working across both public health and private practice settings. I’ve recently relocated to Perth, WA, where I’m continuing my passion for helping people move better and feel better.
I take a holistic, evidence-based approach to treatment, combining hands-on techniques, education, and tailored exercise prescription. Whether you’re recovering from a new injury, managing chronic pain, or aiming to return to sport, my focus is on helping you achieve your goals and regain confidence in your body.
My background is in competitive sport having competed and placed both nationally and internationally in powerlifting, as well as playing rugby for many years prior. This has given me valuable insight into the physical and psychological demands of training and performance, as well as injury recovery. This experience directly informs my rehabilitation strategies, helping me to provide well-rounded and practical advice no matter your functional goals. Nowadays, outside of the clinic you’ll likely find me either in the gym, out for a run or taking advantage of the stunning beaches Perth has on offer!

Alex Thackray

Hi, I’m Alex! I joined the Enhance Physiotherapy team after graduating from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy.
I am passionate about working with musculoskeletal and sporting injuries and have developed an interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation. My experience as a sports trainer with Claremont Football Club and Associates Rugby Union Football Club has given me great hands-on experience in manual therapy, taping, and on-field injury management.
I am interested in Women’s Health physiotherapy and am excited to further my clinical knowledge in this area, so I can support women with their pelvic health, as well as before, during, and after pregnancy.
I am committed to fostering an empathetic and supportive environment for all my patients, working closely with them to ensure they achieve their physiotherapy goals and get back to doing what they love.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at Pilates, at the beach, or spending time with my friends and family!
Olly Stokes

Hi, I’m Oliver and I’m a physiotherapist from Geraldton! I completed my Physiotherapy degree at the University of Notre Dame in Fremantle, and I’m excited to be starting my career with the team at Enhance Physiotherapy.
I have a keen interest in sports injury management and helping people of all backgrounds move with confidence and stay as active as possible, whether that’s returning to sport, overcoming an injury, or simply feeling and moving better in day-to-day life.
My approach is holistic and evidence-based, combining hands-on treatment, education, and tailored exercise programs to support each person’s goals.
I’ve grown up with a huge involvement in sport, having played footy, basketball, hockey, cricket, golf, and pretty much anything else I could get involved in.
I’ve always loved being outdoors, especially spending time at the beach. These days, I still play a lot of golf and get down to the beach whenever I can. I also love travelling around Australia and overseas with mates, making lifelong memories to look back on.
As a physio, I’m passionate about helping people stay fit and healthy so they can be capable to continue doing the things they love as well.
I’m really looking forward to working with the community and supporting people on their journey back to their best.

Tom graduated from Curtin University and is passionate about physiotherapy. Tom has joined our Mandurah team and brings with him experience in treating sporting injuries and post operative rehab. Tom has a passion for helping people and his motivation for being a great physio is to always ensure best patient care.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Otago University in New Zealand in 2022 and have spent the last couple of years working in Christchurch and have recently relocated to Mandurah. I am a dedicated physiotherapist with a passion for helping individuals restore movement, improve function, and enhance their overall quality of life.
I have experience working with a wide range of conditions, including sporting injuries, overuse injuries, and neurological conditions. I take a holistic and personalized approach to treatment, combining evidence-based practices with hands-on care to address the unique needs of each patient. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing pain, or looking to optimize your movement, my goal is to support you every step of the way on your journey to better health and wellness. I believe in empowering my patients with the knowledge and tools they need to take charge of their own recovery and well-being.

Hey, I’m Izzy! I graduated from The University of Notre Dame, and I’m passionate about helping people get back to doing the things they love and feeling their best along the way.
I love working with musculoskeletal and sporting injuries, and I’m also developing a strong interest in women’s health physiotherapy, including pelvic floor care and supporting women through pregnancy and beyond.
I’ve spent several seasons as a sports trainer with the Associates and UWA Rugby Union Clubs and the East Fremantle Football Club, which gave me great experience in taping, hands-on treatment, and on-field injury management.
My goal is to make every session friendly, supportive, and tailored to you. I take a person-centred approach that blends hands-on therapy, education, and exercise to help you feel confident and in control of your recovery.
Outside the clinic, I love CrossFit, surfing, travelling, finding great food spots, and spending time with my friends and family.
Nat Dash
Exercise Physiologists
Nat is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who completed a Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2024, following a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science. She is passionate about helping patients reach their full potential, whether they are recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or improving their ability to perform everyday activities.
Nat takes a supportive and practical approach to care, utilising evidence-based exercise programs to build strength, confidence, and long-term function in a manner that suits each individual’s lifestyle.
Outside of the clinic, Nat is usually juggling study notes, soaking up downtime with her dogs, or enthusiastically cheering her team on to what she’s convinced will be another premiership.
