MEET ERIN

Erin completed a Bachelor of Science (Exercise Science and Rehabilitation) at Edith Cowan University. Prior to completion she was working in the fitness industry as an exercise scientist assisting her clients to achieve their fitness and health related goals. Since graduating, Erin has worked in a rehabilitation gym setting working with a wide age range of clients and conditions in both individual and group settings.

 

Being raised in the wheatbelt Erin developed a passion for exercise, sport and helping people. Through her life she has suffered from several injuries and setbacks further enforcing her passion to help others with their rehabilitation and improve quality of life. She has experience working with a range of conditions including musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, metabolic and neurological conditions, cancer and mental health. Erin supports the belief of exercise is medicine and uses her knowledge to create lifestyle changes to treat and manage the individual’s condition.

 

Erin has been active most her life and participated in sports such as netball and hockey. She attends the gym and continues to play hockey for multiple WA teams and at social international competitions.
