To celebrate World Physio Day, we’re hosting Runner’s Day at our Applecross clinic – a series of free, physio-led sessions designed specifically for runners. Whether you’re building mileage, returning from injury, or just want to run smarter, our team is here to help.
Join us for free sessions covering strength, mobility, training loads, footwear, and everything in between – run by physios who understand what your body needs to keep moving well.

Monday, 8th September | 8:30 – 9:30 AM
Join our instructor for a targeted Pilates session focused on building strength, improving mobility, and reducing common running injuries.
- Gym-Based Q&A with Jordan
Wednesday, 10th September | 4:00 – 5:00 PM
Ask your physio anything about strength programming, recovery tips, rehab strategies, or injury prevention.
- Shoes, Loading & Programs with Ollie
Wednesday, 10th September | 5:00 – 6:00 PM
Understand how to choose the right footwear, build running loads safely, and structure return-to-run programs.
