Exercise Physiologist | Clinical & High-Performance Sport

We’re after an Exercise Physiologist who wants more than a standard EP caseload. Proper physio means combining hands-on clinical work with high-performance sport, and we want someone who’s genuinely into both.

The role
Split across Thornlie and Mandurah (travel to Mandurah’s paid), working across:

  • Clinical exercise rehabilitation
  • Sports rehab and injury prevention
  • Strength and conditioning
  • Athletic performance and return-to-sport
  • A general EP caseload, alongside our physios and wider clinical team

About you

  • Recognised Exercise Physiology qualification
  • Level 2 Strength & Conditioning (or working towards it)
  • Genuinely into elite, high-performance or representative sport
  • Confident working solo, but a team player at heart
  • Communicates clearly, no jargon for the sake of it
  • Wants a long-term career across clinical EP and performance

Worked with athletes or sporting teams before? Great. Got the right attitude and qualifications but not the experience yet? We still want to hear from you.

What’s on offer

  • Real clinical support and mentoring, not just a handbook
  • Regular professional development
  • Exposure to both clinical rehab and high-performance sport
  • Paid travel to Mandurah
  • A varied caseload across two clinics
  • Room to grow as we expand
