Our gym programs are designed for people who want structure and expert support personalised to their goals. With Enhance, you’ll get a plan made for your body, goals and schedule. Come in as often as you like, with access to 30+ supervised sessions each week plus open gym time.
Membership is $380 per month, with no lock-in contracts. That covers your training plan, ongoing coaching, full gym access and a program that adjusts to your progress and needs.

We don’t just set and forget. You’ll get regular reassessments to track progress and adjust your program based on what’s working.

Morgan brings 20 years of hands-on experience in the health and fitness industry, with deep expertise in strength and conditioning. He’s a qualified Trainer and Assessor, and has lectured Cert III and IV Personal Training students – passing on what he’s learnt to the next generation of trainers.
He’s competed at both state and national levels in powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting, so he knows what it takes to perform. Morgan’s worked with everyone from gym first-timers to Olympic athletes – and to him, nothing beats the feeling of seeing people progress and hit their goals.
