Jo’s a fully qualified Pilates instructor with a PFI Diploma and plenty of hands-on experience. She runs our Mat, Combo, and Corporate classes, and knows her way around all the key Pilates equipment – Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, and Barrel included.
Jo specialises in the Classical Pilates Method and works with all kinds of clients – whether it’s managing an injury, pregnancy, spinal issues, or postnatal recovery. Her sessions are focused and supportive, with just the right mix of challenge and fun. People love her energy, attention to detail, and the way she helps bring out the best in people during every session.
