Chronic pain is a condition characterised by pain lasting longer than three months. This condition can occur following an injury and your body can become sensitised to pain.

This means that even after the initial injury has healed you can experience ongoing pain. Often this will lead to secondary problems such as reduced fitness, weight gain and depression. Our physiotherapists use a multi-modal approach consisting of various hands-on treatment techniques, dry needling, taping and exercise to tackle all aspects of the chronic pain model.
