Ashlee completed her Bachelor in Sport and Exercise Science in 2007 at University of Western Australia. After working within community sport and recreation as well as the public health sector, Ashlee later went on to complete her Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2019. She has gained a diverse range of experience treating different health conditions including osteoarthritis, diabetes, mental health and chronic musculoskeletal pain. Being an avid sports lover herself; previously playing netball, basketball, tennis and cricket, Ashlee is passionate about helping people get back to their beloved sport, whether that’s post injury or just being out of action for a while. She is dedicated to help people achieve their own individual goals, whatever that might be.
With 2 children of her own, Ashlee’s motivation for Exercise Physiology has stemmed from wanting to help kids find their potential, improve their movement skills and get active! Over the years, she has also developed a keen interest in promoting exercise to women, both pre- and post-natal, as well as assisting women return to activity after having kids and encouraging them to lead active healthy lives as role models for their family. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her own family; hiking, cycling, camping and exploring everything Western Australia has to offer.
