Chris has extensive experience working as a personal trainer and assisting clients from all walks of life! He is passionate about helping his clients achieve more than they thought they were capable of, while having a deep understanding that every body is different and thus personal training programs should be styled to meet individual needs. With a background in weight, endurance, and mobility training, Chris has worked with elite level athletes, pregnant mums, children, and everything in between. His positive attitude and genuine demeanour to help others reflects directly through to his clients.

Previously a boilermaker by trade, Chris pursued a career in health and fitness after suffering two severe concussions playing elite level WAFL football for South Fremantle Football Club. Motivated by helping others avoid the symptoms he experienced post-concussion, Chris quickly learned the positive impact he could have on others.

In addition to personal training, Chris is a massive advocate for Mental Health awareness and education, working with various organisations and charities to promote health and wellbeing – both physical and mental. His mission is to provide a holistic approach to physical and mental health, one step at a time!

Being a fit and active individual himself, Chris has previously completed two ultramarathons and won a WAFL premiership with South Fremantle FC.
