Haydn graduated from Curtin University with a double Bachelor of Science degrees in Physiotherapy and Exercise, Sports, and Rehabilitation Science. He has since joined the Enhance Physiotherapy team and completed post graduate qualifications in dry needling and training of the GLA:D program for osteoarthritis management.

With 4 years’ experience as a personal trainer, Haydn strives to combine Exercise Science and Physiotherapy to deliver multi-faceted treatment and care to his patients. From acute injury management to long term strength and conditioning training and performance, Haydn believes in the importance of evidence based practice along with individualised treatment planning to help patients achieve their goals.

Haydn has special interests in treating sporting injuries and low back pain; with plenty of injury experience of his own growing up playing AFL and cricket. Haydn is motivated to help athletes and weekend warriors prevent avoidable injuries by educating them about their individual body mechanics and appropriately guiding them through strengthening programs to develop and optimise their movement.

Now retired from AFL and cricket, during his free time, Haydn can be found lifting weights or attempting to surf around WA’s coast.
