MEET TAYLOR

After completing her Bachelor of Exercise, Sport & Rehabilitation Science in 2018 at Curtin University, Taylor commenced working in a rehabilitation gym setting, helping people achieve their goals through movement and exercise. In 2020, she completed her Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology also at Curtin University. Currently, Taylor is completing an online Graduate Certificate in Adolescent Health and Wellbeing at the University of Melbourne.

Taylor is passionate about helping people with their rehabilitation post injury as well as assisting with the management of their chronic conditions by improving their lifestyle and health through exercise. She has special interests in treating chronic health conditions, oncology patients, as well as musculoskeletal injuries. With background experience in strength and conditioning and clinical Pilates, Taylor enjoys combining both areas in her treatment programs.

After years of playing club and social netball, Taylor believes in “practicing what you preach”, participating in Pilates herself as well as running and training at the gym in her spare time.
