Where to find us

Where are your clinics located?

We operate three fully equipped physiotherapy clinics across the Perth metropolitan and Peel regions, proudly serving in Applecross, Mandurah and Thornlie.

Yes, we provide flexible mobile care for patients who cannot travel to a physical practice. Home visits are available for postpartum recovery, injured workers, and seniors who want to maintain their independence safely at home.

Yes, we tailor our clinical services to meet the specific healthcare and recovery needs of each local community:

  • Applecross: Focuses on keeping athletes and active individuals moving at their absolute best with specialised Pilates, GLA:D programs, and Enhanced Movement Classes.
  • Thornlie: Handles streamlined family healthcare access alongside dedicated women’s health services – including specialized pelvic health, pregnancy support, and postnatal recovery.
  • Mandurah: Strategic regional center optimized directly for physical injury rehabilitation, prevention and maintenance care, and localized chronic musculoskeletal pain management.

Fees, funds and rebates

Yes, Medicare rebates are fully accessible across all locations, provided you have an eligible referral from your general practitioner. Patients managing persistent conditions can access these subsidised services through a Chronic Disease Management plan. This pathway is highly utilised at our Thornlie clinic to reduce out-of-pocket costs.

We accept all major private health insurance funds. Our front-desk teams use HICAPS merchant terminals so you can claim your ancillary benefits on the spot, leaving only the standard gap fee to pay.

Yes, our clinics support individuals recovering from workplace incidents or road traffic collisions. We handle insurance documentation for third-party injury claims, working directly with your insurer or case manager to coordinate your rehabilitation program.

Yes, we accept national funding arrangements to support your goals. We build transparent, outcome-led exercise programs that focus on functional mobility and lifestyle independence, ensuring your allocated care funding is used efficiently.

What happens at your first visit

The most efficient way to secure a timeslot is to book an appointment online via our integrated scheduling system. The digital platform shows live availability for all practitioners across our three suburbs, allowing you to select an immediate opening that fits your calendar.

Please bring any documentation relevant to your injury or billing pathway:

  • A current GP referral letter if your treatments are covered by Medicare or third-party insurers.
  • Any recent medical imaging files, such as X-rays, magnetic resonance imaging, or diagnostic ultrasound scans.
  • Your private health fund physical or digital membership card for immediate gap processing.

Your clinician will conduct an intensive, hands-on baseline evaluation to uncover the true mechanical root cause of your physical limitation. From there, we build your comprehensive care roadmap – your Total Treatment Plan. If you are ready to address your underlying injury mechanics with old-school accountability, you can contact us today to establish your target recovery milestones.

Managing your appointments

We require a minimum of 4 hours notice for all appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests. Our diagnostic clinicians run structured, milestone-driven care roadmaps, meaning your consultation window is reserved exclusively for you. Notifying us early ensures we have the opportunity to offer that open appointment to another client in need.

Yes, non-attendance fees apply if you cancel within the 4-hour window or miss your session entirely without notice. Please note that third-party funding pathways – including private health insurance, Medicare Chronic Disease Management plans, and Workers’ Compensation – do not cover fees for missed appointments. Any outstanding non-attendance gap must be settled out-of-pocket to keep our clinic system fair for everyone.

If you are running behind for your physio appointment, please call your clinic directly. We reject compressed or rushed appointments because they compromise your diagnostic care. Your clinician will treat you for the remainder of your scheduled time block, but the full standard consultation fee will still apply to protect our practitioners’ schedules.
